La Fabbrica del Vapore
The highly awaited exhibition dedicated to the world of Lego bricks arrives in Milan in the vast, post-industrial spaces of Fabbrica del Vapore. Spanning over 1,600 s.m. the exhibition based on legendary American LEGO® artist Nathan Sawaya presents an array of whimsical, brightly-coloured 2D and 3D creations, including reconstructions of universally recognized masterpieces such as Leonardo’s ‘Gioconda’, the ‘Venus de Milo’, Rodin’s ‘Thinker’, Vemeer’s ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’, but also the skeleton of a dinosaur measuring 6 metres in length: all in brick format. The exhibition space also boasts a dedicated play area where guests of all ages can express their creativity playing with LEGO® bricks and video games by DM Comics.
Tickets are available at la Fabbrica del Vapore’s ticket office or with an online pre-sale on Ticketone. Reductions for families and groups, as well as audio guides in Italian and English are available at the ticket office.
The exhibition is open Mon-Wed 10am-8pm; Thurs 10am-11pm; Saturday 10am-11pm and Sun 10am-9pm.
