Il Giorno Bistrot, a “Literary” Gluten-free Restaurant

Hotel Hermitage
| April 2012

Il Giorno Bistrot at the Hermitage Hotel is a contemporary space featuring decor and settings inspired by “Il giorno”, a traditional Milanese newspaper. A sort of “literary restaurant” where customers can either linger longer over their reading matter or simply enjoy a relaxing “chat” with friends. Its regional Lombardy cuisine, created by chef Alessandro Tamborrino, is based on a careful selection of products, with no fuss or frills. Alongside the traditional menu, it offers a totally glutenfree menu that enhances the flavours of high-quality regional cooking. www.monrifhotels.it/HotelHermitage/en
