Between creative designers and artisans

Isola Design District is a network that promotes activities that take place in the area formerly occupied by artisan and artistic workshops. During the Fuorisalone, the Isola district is teeming with performances, music, aperitivi and debates. An expression of the working-class soul of the neighborhood, worthy of particular note is “Carroussel-oggetti che si raccontano” (objects that tell a story), a market exhibition mounted by creative designers and artisans. During the same period, at Triennale Bovisa, the Milano Green Festival portrays the aesthetics of “Made-in-Italy” sustainability with laboratories, music, conventions, products and green services.
