A Factory of Marvels

Fornace Curti
| January 2012

Fornace Curti. The history of Fornace Curti (officially registered in 1890) dates back to the 15th century when the first workshop supplied the building site of Milan’s Ospedale Maggiore with tiles and bricks. A visit to its premises is well worth the journey: you will have the impression of finding yourself in a medieval village featuring a labyrinth of courtyards, ateliers of terracotta and ceramic artists, porticoes and arcades populated with statues and fountains.
