Park Hyatt has organized a series of events in its 21 hotels around the world, characterized by the mouthwatering theme “Masters of Food & Wine”.
The first event of this global happening will take place on January 28 and 29 inside of Milan’s Park Hyatt in Restaurant VUN. The Executive Chef Andrea Aprea will enliven the guests’ taste buds and uphold the weekend’s guideline: “Cucina Povera, Cucina Ricca”, because “poor” cuisine can be one of the finest.
The weekend plan will be structured in two parts:
• January 28: a visit to a famous local luxury-food market and lunch prepared with the selected ingredients.
• January 29: an elegant brunch in the picturesque setting of VUN’s Dome Lobby Lounge.
