These ingredients, which are all natural, rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, lactose and gluten-free are key in the making of main courses, meat and fish-based specialities, balanced sweet and savoury options to start the day and snacks perfected by expert nutritionists. Highlights include ‘veli’, small yeast, nickel and gluten-free puff pastry made with teff or moringa special flours and filled with sweet or savoury ingredients enhanced by unconventional pairings. “A tribute to Plato’s philosophy of good as a balance between harmony and variety”, to echo the words of the CEO of Plato Chic Superfood, Mariangela Affinita. The menu also features vegetarian-friendly options, smoothies with superfoods, as well as fruit and vegetable extracts and aromatized water, plus a selection of craft beers, Italian and International wine labels and signature cocktails.
