The exhibition, born from an innovative idea by photographer and painter Lisa Borgiani features three installations of colourful springs hanging from Palazzo Giueconsulti’s loggia, creating a new type of interaction between space and shapes. The springs, considered Borgiani’s trademark, represent the endless shift between the material and the spiritual dimension of the world. The exhibition features a multisensory experience as the springs, moved back and forth by the wind give birth to a particular sound evocative of a mantra. A vast selection of pictures, shot by the artists and featuring springs as main protagonists of the delicate balance between art and architecture van be found in the Palazzo’s inner spaces.
The exhibition will be accessible 24/7 on its exterior part.
The innser exhibition is open Mon-Fri 8.30am-6.30pm. Free access.
