About the Wine Week
For the second consecutive year, Milano Wine Week 2019 makes its comeback in the spaces of Palazzo Bovara in Milan. Following the format of the previous edition, the Wine Week has been conceived to become a modern communication platform to increase the communication in the wine industry and to act as a direct link between producers and customers. For 8 days, local restaurants and wine shops of various ‘Wine Districts’ are involved in the Wine Week with over 300 events among tastings and meetings with sommeliers, managers, restaurant holders, wine producers and members of different wine consortiums, plus masterclasses, seminars, aperitivo rituals, lunch breaks or diners, night parties.
Highlights of this year’s edition include the collaboration with 7 important excellence in the Italian wine-making sector which include: Feudi di San Gregorio, Gruppo Lunelli and Cantine Ferrari, Zonin1821, Guido Berlucchi, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine, Santa Margherita Gruppo Vinicolo and the Consorzio di Tutela del Franciacorta. Moreover, the event has been increased by the partnership of Merano WineFestival, one of the main food&wine festivals in Italy.
