About the Milano Pride 2019
Held yearly in the beating heart of the city, the Milano Pride consists in one week of LGBT-friendly events, usually happening in late June, until the traditional parade for civil rights, the culmination of this annual event. On this occasion, the streets around via Lazzaretto, via Lecco, via Castaldi, largo Bellintani and piazza Oberdan become a real ‘Pride Square’, an ideal seat for debates and talks on LGBT right, on sexually transmitted diseases and also serves as a meeting space.
This year, the Milano Pride starts on 21 June and lasts until 30 June and features a vast array of side-events and collateral initiatives.
