La Madia Campagnola, a new spot for those who wish to savour the best delicacies from the Piedmontese cuisine has recently opened in the surroundings of Milan’s Arena. Nestled in a cosy and welcoming atmosphere in light shades and enhanced by soft lights, plants and fresh flowers, guests can enjoy traditional dishes from the area of the Alto Monferrato, Roero and Bassa Langa, up to the border with the region of Liguria, where a particular focus is given to the use of aromatic herbs from Piedmont. Highlights from the menu include ‘Vegetable flan with melted Malga cheese’, ‘albese-style beef tartare with filangé celery and mustard’, ‘gnocchi with chestnut flour and pesto from Liguria’, plus a selection of typical Piedmontese desserts. The whole culinary offer is paired with a selection of precious wine labels such as Col di Sasso Banfi, Fiano Sannio D.O.P. from Cantine Solopaca, Langhe Nebbiolo by Azienda Chiarlo, Valdobbiadene D.O.C. La Tordera carefully selected by the restaurant’s owners Alessandro and Paolo Bozzano.
