Boatta Milano boasts a new chef and innovative, aesthetically pleasing cuisine dedicated to the flavours of Sicily. Located in the Isola district, in a setting reminiscent of a country house garden in Southern Italy, the restaurant’s tantalizing cuisine, which uses seasonal ingredients, includes homemade, beautifully presented dishes prepared on the spot to offer gourmet palates an authentic taste of Sicily. Highlights include fabulous starters, high-quality meat, fish and vegetable dishes, often cooked and served in a traditional ‘boatta’, a glass container used to preserve food, and from which the restaurant takes its name. The locale also boasts a well-stocked wine cellar featuring labels from several of Italy’s finest small and medium-sized producers.
