The historical Camparino in Galleria, where the Milanese ritual of the aperitivo was born, is ready to mark a new chapter in its long history thanks to an important refurbishment and tasty innovations. Thanks to the collaboration between Campari and Michelin-starred chef Davide Oldani, Camparino has been updated with a new culinary concept combining the iconic Campari-based cocktails and Oldani’s “Pan’Cot”, a speciality inspired by the Milanese tradition, with soft base made with sourdough and topped with meat, fish, fruit or vegetables in innovative pairings. The iconic Sala Spiritello, located at the first floor, is part of the renovation project and is the ideal space to enjoy the mix of innovative food options and reinterpreted cocktails, while at the Bar di Passo – open at all hours – guests can savour specialities by Davide Oldani, take a break at the cafeteria or enjoy a sweet breakfast.
