NEW OPENING – In a fast-paced city like Milan, ecrudo (in via Savona) focuses on the concept of leisurely dining and conviviality, in a warm welcoming ambience. In keeping with ecrudo’s philosophy, its chef delights diners’ palates with an array of creative, authentic dishes, infused with top-quality ingredients, often sourced from local vendors. The venue’s strictly seasonal menu features “Mediterranean stories of the sea” and highlights include homemade ‘chitarrine’ with red shrimp and green tomatoes, fresh ‘tagliolini’ with sea urchins, Mazara shrimp and prawn tempura or crispy squid drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and a ‘delicata’ of zucchini.
