The Armani/Ristorante never ceases to amaze, introducing two exclusive dinners at the stunning seventh floor of Armani Hotel Milano, in the city’s beating heart of fashion: Montenapoleone area. On 11 and 12 November guests can enjoy a wonderful melting pot of flavours in the occasion of the exclusive ‘A World Journey: Four Chefs from Four Corners’ night featuring the four Executive Chefs of the Armani Hotel Restaurants in Milan, Dubai, Tokyo and New York joining forces to create an iconic and memorable signature menu. Starting from a tempting four-courses aperitivo in the suggestive lounge of Armani/Bamboo Bar and then at the Armani/Ristorante, guests can experience the best of Armani-style culinary art, a well-balanced mix of flavours that will titillate palates with an international menu developed throughout different courses savoured at the stylish restaurant, surrounded by a breathtaking view over the city. For those who wish a sneak peek on the menu, here are some of the delicacies introduced: Langoustines, n’duja, burrata cheese, chervil; scallop ravioli with ricotta cheese, black olives and tomatoes; Wagyu filet with morel and white polenta; white chocolate cube, passion fruit, vanilla sponge and exotic sorbet. These are just some of the delicious creations the chefs will serve to diners, obviously paired by precious wines and bubbles, though there are many more delicacies to discover. The ‘A World Journey: Four Chefs from Four Corners’ initiative will continue in Tokyo, Dubai and New York.
