NEW OPENING – Eclectic chef Matias Perdomo, already the recipient of one Michelin star at Il Pont de Ferr in the Navigli district, has just opened the doors of his new restaurant. Matias, who works in collaboration with Thomas Piras and Simon Press, aims to surprise and does so by foregoing a standard menu to offer diners the option of eating whatever their hearts desire. His menu (an easy-to-manage booklet) opens with a mirror, to convey the idea that the customer is his main priority. A fun, surprising and all-involving culinary experience based on the chef’s respect for only the finest, freshest ingredients, traditional flavours, innovative shapes and plating and experimentation with tastes and pairings. Less daring diners can return to tradition by choosing from among a selection of tasting courses and a small menu featuring two or three set dishes.
